Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan recently launched a new version of his iconic song ‘Papa Kehte Hain’ from his debut film ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.’ The new rendition, titled ‘Papa Kehte Hain 2.0,’ is featured in the upcoming movie ‘Srikanth,’ starring Rajkummar Rao.
Khan recalled the journey of ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ and expressed his initial insecurities about the film. Udit Narayan, the original vocalist of ‘Papa Kehte Hain,’ also shared his experience of being approached to sing for Khan.
‘Srikanth’ is an inspiring biopic about Indian entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla, who founded Bollant Industries while visually impaired. Rao spoke about the challenges of portraying a visually impaired character and his preparations for the role.
The movie, directed by Tushar Hiranandani, is set for a theatrical release on May 10, 2024. It explores themes of resilience, determination, and the power of human spirit.
