The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has escalated its accusations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, claiming they are conspiring to kill Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while he is incarcerated in Tihar jail.
During a press conference, AAP MP Sanjay Singh cited medical reports to emphasize the potential danger to Kejriwal’s health in prison. Singh asserted that the medical documents clearly indicate that Kejriwal’s health is precarious, leaving him vulnerable to serious complications. He further alleged that the BJP and the LG are deliberately misrepresenting Kejriwal’s medical condition, adding credence to their conspiracy claims.
Singh stated, “Today’s press conference is about how BJP and Delhi LG are playing with the life of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and conspiring to kill him in jail…” He continued, “The medical report of Arvind Kejriwal is enough to tell that anything can happen to him at any time in the jail and the way Delhi LG and BJP are making wrong statements on Arvind Kejriwal’s health confirms our doubt…”
This accusation comes amidst escalating political tension between the AAP and the BJP in Delhi. The AAP has repeatedly accused the BJP of using the LG’s office to obstruct the Delhi government’s functioning and target its leaders. This latest allegation further intensifies the conflict, with the AAP demanding a thorough investigation into their claims.
