PMB, a leading healthcare real estate developer, has partnered with Abrazo Health to officially break ground on the Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building in Goodyear, Arizona. This new facility will provide crucial healthcare services to the greater Goodyear community.
The 46,000 square-foot medical building will be the first in Goodyear to offer a combined space for medical offices and inpatient rehabilitation programs. It is strategically located in the Palm Valley Shopping Center at 1375 N Litchfield Road, adjacent to other medical services and retail amenities. The building’s convenient location alongside the I-10 freeway ensures easy accessibility for patients.
The new health center will provide a wide range of advanced healthcare services including inpatient rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, trauma and more. Additionally, the facility will offer internal medicine, cardiology, and hospitalist services.
