Accor, a leading global hospitality group, and Alesayi Holding, a prominent Saudi Arabian real estate developer, have joined forces to create Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah – MGallery Collection, a magnificent hospitality and residential complex in the heart of Makkah. This exceptional project, scheduled to open its doors in 2028, will serve as an iconic destination, blending opulence, elegance, and cultural enrichment while paying homage to Makkah’s celestial heritage.
The Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah – MGallery Collection will offer 276 opulent hotel rooms and 214 branded residences for purchase, providing guests with an unparalleled boutique hotel experience. Each floor of the establishment will be meticulously themed around eminent figures in Islamic history, with the inaugural floor dedicated to Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with Him), the second caliph of the Rashidun. This bespoke approach aims to offer a unique and meaningful experience, rich in cultural significance and historical resonance.
The complex will encompass a vast 2,600 square meters, housing a state-of-the-art fitness facility and spa, diverse dining options, and a dedicated children’s playground. The business center will provide guests with a convenient and professional space to conduct their affairs. The hotel will be a proud addition to the MGallery Collection brand, renowned for its curated selection of signature, design, and heritage hotels since its establishment in 2008. With a portfolio boasting over 120 luxury boutique hotels worldwide, the brand continues to expand its footprint, aiming for a 30% growth by 2030.
