Indian golfer Aditi Ashok concluded the third round of the Meijer LPGA Classic in a tied 14th position, dropping from her overnight tied 10th standing. Despite picking up three birdies in the final five holes, her performance was marred by a less-than-ideal fairway hitting rate compared to the first two days. Her putting, however, proved to be a saving grace, showing improvement from the previous rounds. Ashok’s birdies came on the 4th, 9th, 14th, 15th, and 18th holes, while she dropped shots on the 7th and 16th. Meanwhile, India’s Diksha Dagar showcased her prowess in the second round of the Ladies Italian Open, carding an even par 72. This performance propelled her to a tied third position at 5-under 139. Dagar, known for her two Ladies European Tour victories, had previously shot a 67 in the first round. Her second round saw one birdie and one bogey. Other Indian participants in the tournament include Pranavi Urs, who climbed to a tied 17th position with a round to go, and Tvesa Malik, who made the cut and is currently tied 41st. Ridhima Dilawari and Vani Kapoor, unfortunately, missed the cut. The cut line was set at three-over par, with 67 players advancing to the final round.
