Air Dynasty Helicopter Crash in Nepal Kills Five, Including Four Chinese Nationals

A tragic helicopter crash occurred in Nepal on Wednesday, claiming the lives of all five individuals on board, including four Chinese nationals. The incident involved an Air Dynasty helicopter, identified as 9N-AJD, which departed from Kathmandu at 1:54 pm, destined for Rasuwa.

According to Nepal Police spokesperson Dan Bahadur Karki, the helicopter lost contact with air traffic control just three minutes after taking off. The crash site was located in Ward No 7 of Shivapuri Rural Municipality, within the Shivpuri area of Nuwakot district.

Nepal Police swiftly deployed personnel to the crash site, initiating a rescue operation. However, the grim reality emerged as the bodies of all five individuals were recovered. One body was found charred beyond recognition, complicating identification efforts.

The loss of life in this devastating incident has sent shockwaves through Nepal and beyond. The identities of the deceased, including the pilot, are yet to be officially released.
