Air France Flies 600 Students to Paris Paralympics for ‘Ma Classe aux Jeux’ Program

As an official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Air France is making a significant contribution to accessibility and inclusivity by transporting 600 students from French overseas territories to Paris to experience the Paralympic Games firsthand. This initiative, titled ‘Ma Classe aux Jeux,’ is designed to inspire young people aged 9 to 18 from Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Saint Martin, and Reunion Island.

These students will have the opportunity to witness the Paralympic events and immerse themselves in the values of the Paralympic spirit, which centers around perseverance, respect, and solidarity. The ‘Ma Classe aux Jeux’ program is part of the broader ‘Tous aux Jeux’ ticketing scheme, launched by the French government to make the Paris 2024 Games accessible to a diverse audience, including youth, sports communities, people with disabilities, and public servants.

Air France CEO Anne Rigail emphasized the company’s commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity, stating that the Paralympic Games align perfectly with Air France’s core values. She expressed pride in being able to provide these 600 students with the opportunity to witness a historic event.

By facilitating access to the Paralympic Games, Air France hopes to inspire the next generation and foster a deeper understanding of the values that the Paralympic movement embodies. The ‘Ma Classe aux Jeux’ program is a testament to Air France’s commitment to supporting the development of future generations and contributing to the success of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which has adopted the ‘Games Wide Open’ approach to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all.
