For flights to and from other destinations within India, the charge is ₹ 1,499. However, Gold and Platinum members of Air India’s Flying Returns loyalty program enjoy this service free of charge.
What About My Baggage, Seat Selection, and Meal Requests?
If you opt for ‘Fly Prior,’ you’ll be happy to know that your checked baggage will be transferred to the earlier flight. Ancillary services you purchased before initiating the change, such as excess baggage, priority handling, and upgrades, will also be transferred. However, seat selection and special meal requests will not be automatically arranged on the new flight.
