Riga’s travelers are increasingly opting for a diverse range of destinations this June, with Pisa, Thessaloniki, and Brussels emerging as the top picks. airBaltic’s analysis of ticket sales and travel patterns has revealed these popular routes, which offer a mix of cultural, leisure, and business opportunities.
To meet the growing demand, airBaltic operates two weekly flights to Pisa and Thessaloniki, and up to two daily flights to Brussels from Riga. In addition to these top destinations, Naples, Keflavik, Pristina, and Billund are also experiencing high popularity.
To provide a seamless travel experience, airBaltic provides both Economy Class and Business Class on all its flights. Business Class passengers enjoy a range of exclusive perks, including priority check-in and boarding, a private seat with an adjacent free seat for added privacy, a three-course gourmet meal, unlimited beverages, and faster disembarking.
In 2024, airBaltic significantly expanded its network, adding 17 new routes, including eight from Latvia, four from Estonia, four from Lithuania, and one from Finland. This expansion enhances connectivity from all its bases, offering travelers more options than ever before.
This year, airBaltic will operate 130 routes from its bases in Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Tampere, and seasonally from Gran Canaria, providing a wide array of connections throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region. The airline’s commitment to offering a diverse range of destinations and a comfortable travel experience continues to attract travelers from around the world.
