The app will boast a user-friendly interface and incorporate the latest technologies to ensure top performance. Key enhancements include easier trip management, real-time status tracking, and instant updates on any changes. Additionally, the app will allow for greater customization options, such as adding baggage and selecting meals. Digital boarding passes will also be integrated, facilitating smoother access at airports.

The new airBaltic app is set to replace the existing one, which currently serves over 250,000 users annually, maintains more than 150,000 monthly active users, and processes over 5,000 bookings each month. The updated app will be accessible to all airBaltic customers and will include a simplified registration process for new users.
airBaltic operates over 130 routes originating from Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Tampere, and seasonally from Gran Canaria. The airline provides connections to a diverse selection of destinations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region.
