The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE) has officially announced the results for the Secondary School Certificate Part-II/Composite First Annual Examination 2024. The exams were held from March 5th to April 8th, 2024, with practical examinations concluding on May 18th, 2024. The results were made public on July 12th, 2024.
Out of a total of 71,245 candidates who registered for the exams, 70,934 appeared, with 52,681 successfully passing. This translates to an overall pass percentage of 74.27%. To qualify for the Secondary School Certificate, candidates are required to pass all eight subjects.
It’s important to note that the result gazette is provisional, and the board acknowledges the possibility of errors and omissions. The gazette serves as a notification and does not automatically grant certification. The official certification will be issued based on the original board records and regulations.
Ifta Javed emerged as the top scorer in the AJK BISE Class 10 exams, securing an impressive 1184 out of 1200 marks. Ayesha Rashid closely followed, achieving second place with 1183 marks. Obaid Jamil and Amna Rizwan shared the third rank, both scoring 1181 marks. Saad Ali secured fourth place with 1180 marks. Rabia Hussain and Faseeha Rehman tied for fifth place, both achieving 1178 marks.
