Akasa Air Elevates Pet-Travel Services: 3,200+ Pets Flown, Increased Weight Limit, Extended Travel Certificate Validity

In response to customer feedback, the airline has increased the weight limit for pets in the cabin to 10 kgs (including the container), up from the previous 7 kgs. This adjustment provides added convenience for pet owners and ensures a more comfortable travel experience for their companions. Akasa Air has also extended the validity of pet travel certificates to 15 days, offering greater flexibility for customers planning return trips within a short time frame. Those traveling for longer than 15 days will require a new certificate.
