Akasa Air, India’s rapidly expanding airline, continues its growth trajectory by adding Gorakhpur as its 23rd destination. The new direct flights from Delhi and Bengaluru, commencing on May 29th, 2024, will establish Gorakhpur as the airline’s fifth destination in Uttar Pradesh, joining Lucknow, Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Prayagraj.
Gorakhpur, an important industrial city in Uttar Pradesh, is known for its handloom industry and small-scale businesses.
