Alexandra Resort, a renowned all-inclusive destination on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, is gearing up for a grand reopening on October 16, 2024, following a significant renovation project. The resort has also announced a new leadership team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to its operations.
Leading the charge is Aleisa Musgrove-Walkin, appointed as the new General Manager. With over 16 years of experience in hospitality leadership, Musgrove-Walkin will focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, boosting revenue, and elevating the Alexandra Resort’s brand profile both locally and internationally. Her impressive career includes a seat on the Board of Directors for the Turks and Caicos Hotel & Tourism Association and recognition as the prestigious Hotelier of the Year in 2018.
Joining Musgrove-Walkin is Hermian Griffith, the new Assistant General Manager. Griffith brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of the Caribbean market. He will collaborate closely with Musgrove-Walkin, overseeing the resort’s daily operations and ensuring guests experience exceptional service and a positive work environment for staff.
Completing the new leadership trio is Sovan Das, appointed as the resort’s Executive Chef. Chef Das boasts over 20 years of global culinary experience, and he is passionate about cultivating strong relationships and enhancing the resort’s dining offerings. His expertise in delivering exceptional dining experiences will ensure Alexandra Resort continues to set high standards in its all-inclusive culinary options. Chef Das is also a member and judge of the World’s Chef Society since 2019.
