Aliaxis SA, a leading provider of innovative fluid management solutions, has announced the acquisition of the manufacturing assets of Johnson Controls’ CPVC pipe and fittings business. The acquired business, based in Huntsville, Alabama, specializes in the production of CPVC pipes and fittings used in residential and light commercial sprinkler systems.
