Ankiti Bose, who co-founded Zilingo with Kapoor in 2015 and was one of the most celebrated startup founders at the time, has filed a complaint against co-founder Dhruv Kapoor and ex-COO Aadi Vaidya. Bose, who resigned from Zilingo in 2022 following an investigation into alleged financial irregularities, has accused Kapoor and Vaidya of cheating, criminal intimidation, conspiracy, and harassment. Bose alleges that the duo misled her and investors, coerced her to give up shares and business, falsely attributed loss-making deals to her, and threatened her. The complaint also includes allegations that Kapoor and Vaidya hid company-related data and information. The charges have been denied by Bose in several media reports.
