Former ‘America’s Next Top Model’ (ANTM) winner India Gants has revealed the strict secrecy surrounding the show’s finales in a recent TikTok video.
Gants claimed that ANTM creator and executive producer Tyra Banks emphasized that any winner who leaked the outcome before it aired on TV would face dire consequences. The finale would be reshot, and a different contestant would be declared the winner.
According to Gants, she was explicitly forbidden from sharing the secret with anyone, including her family, significant other, or friends. She eventually confided in her father and boyfriend, but waited a long time before informing her mother.
