Anurag Kashyap Eager to Collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan

In a departure from his previous stance of not collaborating with mainstream stars, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has expressed his eagerness to work with Shah Rukh Khan. Kashyap, renowned for his unconventional filmmaking, has often emphasized his preference for making films on his own terms. However, in a recent interview, he indicated a change of heart and expressed his desire to collaborate with SRK.

Kashyap stated that the decision lies with Shah Rukh Khan and that he would respond enthusiastically to a call from the superstar. He elaborated, ‘It’s something I’ve put out into the universe… It’s something that I’ve put out into the universe, and it’s a dialogue from one of Shah Rukh Khan’s films. If he wants to work with me, he will say so. He knows that I’m available on his call. Whenever he calls, I stand up and talk to him, otherwise I talk while sitting.’

On the professional front, Anurag Kashyap’s directorial venture Kennedy is eagerly awaited for its theatrical release. The film has garnered rave reviews at international film festivals, including a seven-minute standing ovation at the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival. Sunny Leone plays a key role in the movie.
