The APSC Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2024 was conducted to fill 235 vacancies in various departments of the Assam government. The examination consisted of two papers, each of 200 marks. Paper I covered General Studies and Paper II covered Optional Subjects.
Candidates who have been shortlisted for the APSSC CCE (Mains) 2023 will have to appear for a written examination and an interview. The written examination will consist of four papers, each of 250 marks. The interview will carry 100 marks.
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination and the interview. Candidates who are selected will be appointed to various posts in the Assam government.
