Arcadium Lithium Soars on Rio Tinto Acquisition Interest: Pre-Market Movers

The pre-market trading session was marked by notable swings in several stocks, with Arcadium Lithium plc (ALTM) emerging as a standout performer. Shares of the company leaped by 27.8% to $3.94 following the announcement that Rio Tinto had expressed non-binding interest in acquiring the lithium producer.

Several other companies experienced significant gains in pre-market trading. LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK) saw its shares surge 54.5% to $0.1735, rebounding from a 17% dip on Friday. TDH Holdings, Inc. (PETZ) also witnessed a substantial increase, rising 36.2% to $1.84, building upon a 13% jump on Friday. Top Wealth Group Holding Limited (TWG) gained 16.8% to $1.95, recovering from a 5% decline on Friday. UP Fintech Holding Limited (TIGR) shares climbed 13.3% to $14.04, continuing the positive momentum from Friday’s 35% surge. Garden Stage Limited (GSIW) shares rose 13.1% to $2.16, extending a 3% gain from the previous day. 1847 Holdings LLC (EFSH) shares jumped 12.6% to $1.25, recouping a 17% dip on Friday. QuantaSing Group Limited (QSG) shares surged 11% to $4.13, following a 17% gain on Friday. The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc. (NAPA) shares rose 11% to $6.00 ahead of its quarterly earnings release. BioLineRx Ltd. (BLRX) gained 9.5% to $0.5035, recovering from a 12% decline on Friday.

However, not all stocks experienced positive momentum. Trevena, Inc. (TRVN) shares plummeted 39% to $2.81 after the company received a Nasdaq delisting notification. Beneficient (BENF) shares fell 22.2% to $1.47, following a 59% jump on Friday due to the company’s subsidiary consummating a transaction involving its preferred equity. Mynaric AG (MYNA) shares declined 18.7% to $1.26, reversing a 4% gain from Friday. Cemtrex, Inc. (CETX) shares fell 18.4% to $1.64, following a 21% decline on Friday. Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (CTNT) shares dropped 17.2% to $0.2330, extending a 24% dip from Friday. Vicinity Motor Corp (VEV) shares declined 17.3% to $0.1448, reversing a 23% gain from Friday. DigiAsia Corp (FAAS) fell 15.8% to $1.75, following an 8% decline on Friday. Chanson International Holding (CHSN) shares fell 15.8% to $12.47, following a 387% jump on Friday. Stepan Company (SCL) shares fell 6.5% to $72.29. Fortuna Mining Corp (NYSE: FSM) shares declined 5.3% to $4.62.
