The foundation had duly made a payment of $200, but the payment appears to have not been received by the concerned authorities.
In light of this issue, the Attorney General’s office has clarified that Archewell is no longer considered delinquent. The organization promptly made all due payments in accordance with the IRS’s processes and procedures. Additionally, all necessary paperwork had been filed accurately and without any wrongdoing.
This recent clarification confirms that Archewell Foundation has resolved the issue and is able to continue its charitable activities without hindrance.
