archTIS Inks Deal with Penten for Kojensi Implementation at Australian National Security Agency

archTIS Ltd. has inked an agreement with Australian-based cyber technology company Penten to implement its multi-government certified platform Kojensi as part of a solution for an Australian national security agency.

The contract, which is archTIS’ first sale as a sub-contractor to Penten, will see Kojensi licensed and implemented into an Australian national security agency to enable secure collaboration within internal parties of highly sensitive information.

archTIS, a global provider of data-centric software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, will receive an annual recurring revenue license fee of A$264,000 and implementation services of A$202,840 for its role in the project.

archTIS managing director Daniel Lai expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We welcome the opportunity to work with Penten on this engagement and are pleased that they recognized the value of Kojensi to secure collaboration for this important client.”

Lai also highlighted the potential for future collaborations with Penten, saying, “The use case and functionality being driven by the client opens new opportunities to work with Penten in both Australia and the UK. It is another example of archTIS’ unique value in solving sharing and collaboration of sensitive and classified information.”

Penten, a specialist in Secure Mobility and Applied Artificial Intelligence solutions for defense and intelligence agencies, is optimistic about the collaboration with archTIS.

Andrew Buttsworth, general manager of Growth and Marketing at Penten, said, “In an accelerating cyber threat environment, secure collaboration is more important than ever for our government and intelligence clients.”

Buttsworth added, “We were pleased to partner with archTIS on this opportunity to leverage their best-of-breed Kojensi software within our secure AltoCrypt platform. We look forward to working together with archTIS to deliver great outcomes for this important client.”
