Set to announce the winners in San Diego this October, in conjunction with the Arival 360 event, these esteemed awards honor outstanding customer satisfaction in the North American tours and activities sector.
The Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards recognize trailblazing tour operators who are defining the future of extraordinary experiences. These North American finalists were meticulously selected through rigorous, data-driven analysis of customer feedback across prominent review platforms, OTAs, and millions of reviews managed by TourReview’s innovative platform, Review Master. TourReview integrates advanced AI and BI technologies to aggregate customer feedback from leading platforms such as Expedia, GetYourGuide, Google, Klook, Tiqets, Viator, and Tripadvisor (excluding duplicates on Viator).
Arival has identified 10 finalists in each category and company size based on annual review volumes from online travel agencies (small, medium, and large). Tour operators are categorized into 5 distinct groups, each recognized for their online reviews from June 2023 to May 2024:
In addition to the Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards, which highlight data-driven excellence, Arival presents the Arival Spotlight Awards. These awards encompass various categories designed to honor industry pioneers and visionaries. Applications are open until July 31st. Additionally, the Industry Innovator Award acknowledges non-operator companies pivotal to advancing the industry. Finalists in this category will showcase their innovations at Arival 360 | San Diego during the Arival Experiences Innovation Showcase, with the winner determined by the audience.
