Asana Partners Elevates Clare Walsh to Managing Director
Asana Partners, a retail-focused real estate private equity firm, has announced the promotion of Clare Walsh to Managing Director. In her new role, Walsh will assume responsibility for overseeing the firm’s retail leasing strategy and execution. This promotion comes as a natural progression for Walsh, who has been a key figure in Asana Partners’ success since joining the company in 2018.
Walsh has over 14 years of experience in retail leasing, making her a valuable asset to the company. Before joining Asana Partners, she served as a Senior Leasing Representative at Brookfield Properties Retail Group (BPRG), where she led restaurant leasing efforts in the Western region. Prior to BPRG, Walsh worked for EDENS, a privately held REIT, overseeing retail leasing in the Mid-Atlantic region. Her extensive experience across various regions and roles has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape.
