Guests sailing through the Mediterranean on the intimate expedition yachts will enjoy a curated culinary odyssey. The journey features the Josper Grill Dining Experience at 7Aft Grill, Yachtsman Cookoff challenge, wine tastings, and engaging culinary presentations, offering an immersive exploration of the region’s gastronomic delights.

Martin Gimenez Castro – This Argentinean chef, celebrated for his mastery in seafood and innovative cooking techniques, and a winner of Top Chef Poland, will showcase his skills aboard. His expertise is reflected in his restaurants, including Ceviche Bar and Tuna, which highlight the culinary potential of aquatic environments.
Luciana Berry – Top Chef Brazil champion and ambassador of Brazilian cuisine, Chef Berry integrates traditional ingredients with modern and classic techniques to produce subtle yet powerful flavors representative of Brazil’s rich culinary heritage.
