Attingal Lok Sabha Election 2024: Voting Date, Candidates, and Results

The Election Commission of India has announced the final schedule for the voting and results of the Attingal Lok Sabha constituency. Attingal Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 20 Lok Sabha constituencies in Kerala. The total number of voters in Attingal parliamentary seat is approximately 1,350,710 as per the 2019 Lok Sabha Election stats. The voter turnout in Attingal parliamentary seat in the 2019 Lok Sabha Election was 74.48%. The voting for the Attingal Lok Sabha constituency will be held on April 26, 2024 (Phase 2), and the results will be declared on June 4, 2024.

The prominent candidates in the 2024 Attingal Lok Sabha Constituency are V. Muraleedharan from Bharatiya Janata Party, V Joy from Communist Party Of India (marxist), and Adoor Prakash from Indian National Congress. In the 2019 General Elections, Attingal witnessed a fiercely contested battle. This constituency witnessed a 74.21 per cent voter turnout in the year 2019. INC candidate Adv. Adoor Prakash won the 2019 General Election with a victory margin of 38,247 votes, securing 3,80,995 votes. Adv Adoor Prakash defeated Dr. A. Sampath of the CPI(M), who got 3,42,748 votes.
