AURORA’s New Album Features Collaboration with Tom Rowlands of Chemical Brothers

AURORA’s upcoming album, ‘What Happened To The Heart?’, features a unique collaboration with Tom Rowlands of Chemical Brothers. In an interview with NME, AURORA described the album as ‘extremely playful’ and revealed that she asked Rowlands to ‘puke vomit all over’ one of her songs. Rowlands obliged, spending four hours adding his creative flair to the track.

AURORA had previously collaborated with the dance duo on their 2019 album ‘No Geography’. She recalled an amusing incident from a party where she got lost in the woods.

The new album marks AURORA’s first full-length release since her 2022 LP, ‘The Gods We Can Touch’. It features an impressive lineup of collaborators, including Ane Brun, Matias Tellez, Chris Greatti, Dave Hamelin, Magnus Skylstad, and more. The album is available for pre-order and will be supported by a tour in the UK and Europe later this year.
