Autodesk Class Action Lawsuit Filed for Misleading Statements

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Autodesk Inc. (ADSK) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Autodesk securities between June 1, 2023, and April 16, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that Autodesk made materially false and misleading statements about its internal controls and financial performance during this period.

According to the complaint, Autodesk lacked adequate internal controls, resulting in issues with its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices. As a result, the company allegedly made materially false and misleading statements about its business, operations, and prospects. The lawsuit further alleges that these statements lacked a reasonable basis at all times.

Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Autodesk shares during the Class Period and suffered a loss are encouraged to contact the law firm representing the plaintiffs to discuss their legal rights. The deadline to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit is June 24, 2024.
