Avani Lekhara, India’s Paralympic champion in the women’s 10m air rifle SH1 standing event, concluded her Paris 2024 Paralympic journey with a commendable fifth-place finish in the women’s 50m rifle 3 position SH1 event. The competition took place at the Chateauroux Shooting Range on Tuesday.
Lekhara, who had already secured gold in the 10m air rifle event last week, demonstrating her consistency and skill, finished the 50m rifle competition with a total score of 420.6. Her final shot, a 9.9, showcased her composure under pressure.
