In celebration of National Wine Day, Avelo Airlines is inviting travelers departing from Sonoma County Airport (STS) to check in a complimentary case of wine starting this Saturday, May 25th. This exclusive offer allows individuals aged 21 and above to transport one case of wine per person as part of their checked baggage, with no extra charge.
Avelo’s direct flights from STS connect travelers to various destinations, including Portland/Salem, Bend/Redmond, Boise, Kalispell, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. This convenient service makes it easy for travelers to explore the renowned wineries and picturesque landscapes of California’s Wine Country.

Free Wine Transport Details
Customers aged 21 and above departing from STS can transport one case of wine per person as part of their checked baggage, with no extra charge. A case, defined by Avelo as a box containing up to 12 bottles weighing 50 lbs. or less, can be included. This service is exclusive to flights from Sonoma County Airport (STS).
Customers are responsible for securely packaging their wine using appropriate materials like Styrofoam, bubble wrap, or cardboard liners. Avelo does not supply packing materials at the airport. Before departure, customers must present each properly packed case of wine to an Avelo Crewmember at the airport ticket counter.
