Coloring your hair can also make you look older, warns Abdullah. She recommends avoiding “contrasting colors” near the face if you want to achieve a more youthful look. Instead, opt for subtler shades that complement your skin tone and add a touch of warmth to your complexion.

Abdullah suggests avoiding harsh chemical treatments and excessive heat styling to prevent hair from becoming dry, brittle, and damaged.
