Peshawar Zalmi Chairman Javed Afridi fulfilled his promise to Pakistan Cricket Team captain Babar Azam by gifting him a brand new MG HS Essence car for his outstanding performance during PSL 9.
Afridi had previously announced that he would present a car to Azam if he scored a century in the tournament. Azam delivered on his promise, scoring a magnificent century against Islamabad United.
The handover ceremony took place at the MG automotive plant in Lahore, where Afridi handed over the keys to Azam. The MG HS Essence is completely manufactured in Pakistan, and Azam praised its quality.
MG Pakistan management and staff took the opportunity to take pictures and selfies with Azam to commemorate the special occasion.
