Bade Miyan Chote Miyan: Box Office Disappoints Despite Star-Studded Cast

The highly anticipated film “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan”, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, has struggled at the box office since its release on Eid. Despite its star power and a reported budget of Rs 350 crore, the film failed to cross the Rs 50 crore mark in its extended first week.

On its second Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it earned Rs 1.3 crore, Rs 1.7 crore, and Rs 2.25 crore, respectively. However, it crashed by over 60% on Monday, collecting just Rs 85 crore, and remained at the same level the following day. On Wednesday, it dropped slightly to collect Rs 80 lakhs.

The total collection of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” now stands at Rs 57.65 crore, significantly below its reported budget. The film is expected to continue its extended run at the box office due to a lack of major releases in the coming weeks.

The poor performance of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” at the box office is a disappointment for its makers and cast, who had high hopes for the film. It is also a reminder that even star-studded films with big budgets can fail to connect with audiences and generate the expected returns.
