This new retail location, nestled within the renowned Iguatemi Shopping mall in São Paulo, marks the brand’s third presence in the country. Balenciaga already boasts stores in the JK Iguatemi, also in São Paulo, and the Village Mall in Rio de Janeiro.
This flagship store, boasting a generous 300 square meters, is a showcase for the latest offerings from Balenciaga. It presents the brand’s complete array of apparel, footwear, handbags, accessories, and jewelry, catering to both men and women. The store’s design is a testament to Balenciaga’s signature brutalist aesthetic, employing a color palette of gray, black, and white.
The concrete floor is reminiscent of the patterns found on sidewalks, while the walls are also crafted from the same gray material. The furniture, constructed from aluminum and featuring vegan leather seating, further reinforces the industrial theme. This new Balenciaga flagship in São Paulo is not only a retail destination but also a reflection of the brand’s distinctive design philosophy.
