Bambiha Gang Threatens Delhi Businessman with Gunfire in Rani Bagh

In a chilling display of gang violence, two armed men on motorcycles opened fire at the residence of a businessman in Delhi’s Rani Bagh area. The incident, which occurred on Saturday morning, left the community on edge and has brought the city’s escalating gang warfare into the spotlight.

The assailants, who reportedly fired several rounds before fleeing the scene, left behind a note referencing the notorious Bambiha Gang. This gang, known for its rivalry with the imprisoned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has been implicated in several high-profile criminal activities in the city. The note, which was thrown inside the house, is believed to have contained the names of gangster Kaushal Chaudhary and Pawan Shaukeen Bambiya. Chaudhary, who is currently incarcerated in a Gurugram jail, was reportedly on the hit list of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

The victim, a property dealer residing in the Sharda Niketan area of Rani Bagh, reportedly has a property dealing business in Sonipat. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Following the incident, police have registered a case based on the businessman’s complaint and are actively investigating the matter. They are also reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the perpetrators. This incident is the latest in a series of gang-related violence that has plagued the capital in recent months.

Earlier on Sunday, Delhi Police announced the arrest of five individuals in connection with another firing incident that took place in the Welcome area. One person was injured in the shooting and is currently receiving treatment at GTB Hospital.

The brazen attack in Rani Bagh highlights the increasing threat posed by organized crime in Delhi. The police are facing a formidable challenge in controlling gang activities and ensuring the safety of residents. The public remains apprehensive as the city grapples with a surge in criminal violence.
