B&B Theatres is set to revolutionize the movie-going experience with the opening of a new cinema and entertainment complex at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This venue will feature the world’s largest ScreenX auditorium, significantly enhancing B&B Theatres’ presence in top entertainment destinations, including its existing operations at the iconic Mall of America. This marks the company’s debut in New Jersey.
ScreenX, crafted by industry leader CJ 4DPLEX, is the pioneering multi-projection cinema technology that transforms traditional movie viewing with a 270-degree panoramic experience. This innovative format extends the movie screen onto the auditorium walls, creating an immersive visual spectacle that envelops viewers in the film’s environment. The flagship ScreenX auditorium will boast an impressive 80-foot-wide central screen flanked by 82-foot walls, providing a total of 242 feet of cinematic viewing space.
The American Dream location will not only house this record-setting ScreenX auditorium but also feature an 8-screen cinema equipped with advanced projection technologies, curved screens, and luxurious heated leather recliners. Additional amenities include multiple bowling lanes, a comprehensive arcade, and diverse dining options, including a restaurant and full-service bar.
