Tres Cantos (Madrid) will host the eighth edition of the Benjamin international 7-a-side soccer tournament, the Benjamin Football, from Friday to Sunday next week, May 3 to 5.
The tournament will see 40 top teams from different nationalities, including promising players from the men’s U-10 and women’s U-12 categories. Organized by Benjamin Football, in partnership with the Tres Cantos City Council and the Royal Football Federation of Madrid, the event will welcome renowned clubs from Spain like Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, and FC Barcelona. Additionally, teams from Portugal and France will also be participating, as reported by the local authorities.
The organizers highlight that this tournament “has established itself as a premier event in this category on an international scale,” emphasizing that it is a celebration of football where violence has no place.
