However, the race for Album of the Year promises to be a fierce one, with powerhouse contenders like Charli XCX with “Brat,” Chappell Roan with “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess,” Billie Eilish with “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” Taylor Swift with “The Tortured Poets Department,” and Sabrina Carpenter with “Short n’ Sweet” all vying for the prestigious title.

In other major categories, the Best New Artist award is up for grabs among a talented group including Carpenter, Roan, Doechii, Raye, Khruangbin, and Beyoncé collaborator Shaboozey, who took to Instagram on Friday, November 8th, to share a heartwarming video of his team celebrating the nomination.
