The selection process for BPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024 comprises the following stages:

Shortlisting:

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and work experience.

In cases where candidates have failed one or more M.B.B.S. exams, the total marks will be calculated by taking the average of the failing and passing marks in the concerned subject. For candidates with an M.B.B.S. degree from foreign recognized institutions, the marks will be calculated by multiplying the percentage obtained in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) Screening Test by a factor of 0.6.

Note:

In cases of failure in the applied specialty subject or subject group, the average of failing and passing marks will be considered as the marks obtained in the concerned subject.

M.D./M.S. or equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India:

Ph.D., D.M., M.Ch. in the same specialty, and D.N.B. (Superspeciality):

Work Experience in Government Sector:

2 marks per completed year, up to a maximum of 10 marks
