The Buffalo Bills are looking to build on their AFC East divisional title from last season and make a deeper playoff run in 2024. The Bills have won the AFC East for four straight seasons, but have been unable to get past the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs. In three of the past four seasons, the Bills have lost to the Chiefs in the playoffs, a trend that Josh Allen and Co. will look to stop in 2024.
The Bills made one of the biggest moves this offseason when they acquired Stefon Diggs from the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for a second-round pick in 2025. Diggs is one of the most productive wide receivers in the NFL, and his addition gives the Bills a much-needed boost to their passing game. However, the Bills also lost two of their top receivers from last season, Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley, in free agency. The Bills are likely to add a wide receiver with one of their first picks in this year’s draft.
The Bills may also look to add depth in the secondary after losing safeties Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde this offseason. Poyer and Hyde were two of the best safeties in the NFL, and their loss will be a significant blow to the Bills’ defense. The Bills have several draft picks in the upcoming draft, including three in the second round, and they could use one of those picks to add a safety.
