Bishop McDevitt’s softball team had an outstanding performance on Wednesday, defeating Palmyra with a dominating 23-6 score. Julia Thomas and Teagan Clark led the charge for McDevitt, showcasing their exceptional batting skills. Thomas went 2-for-2, hitting a home run and driving in five RBIs. Clark also had a remarkable performance, going 3-for-3 with a double, triple, and five RBIs.
Nina Cerminaro contributed significantly to McDevitt’s victory, going 3-for-4 with a double, triple, and four RBIs. Sofia Marsar also had a strong showing, going 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs. Marsar’s pitching performance was equally impressive, as she secured the win by striking out three batters in two innings while allowing only one hit and no earned runs.
