This new module allows you to place your Blink Outdoor 4 cameras up to 400 feet away from your home, providing unparalleled flexibility for securing large properties.The Sync Module XR utilizes Blink’s proprietary extended range radio technology, designed to overcome obstacles like walls and thick vegetation. This means you can finally place cameras in those hard-to-reach spots, whether it’s on a distant shed, a fence line, or even a building located far from your main house. XR+ Mode:
Up to 400 feet of range (four times the range of the standard Sync Module).While the Sync Module XR can support up to 10 cameras, it’s important to note that the range extension is only supported for up to two Blink Outdoor 4 cameras using XR and XR+ mode. So, while you can connect multiple cameras, you won’t be able to place dozens of them 400 feet away from your module.
Like the current Sync Module, the Sync Module XR features a microSD card slot for local data storage, allowing you to record footage directly to the module.
