The airline is adding three Airbus A330 aircraft to its long-haul fleet and investing heavily in a brand-new cabin interior, creating a premium travel experience for passengers across all classes.
This growth strategy is fueled by the increasing demand for air travel to and from Sub-Saharan Africa, driven by population growth and economic expansion. Brussels Airlines aims to become a major European hub for flights to this region, meeting the growing needs of travelers and businesses.

Furthermore, Brussels Airlines is investing over €100 million in modernizing its A330 cabins. Passengers can expect a completely new and improved travel experience across all classes, from business class to premium economy and economy. The airline is also entering into a three-year wet-lease agreement with Air Baltic, starting in 2025. Under this agreement, Air Baltic will operate four Airbus A220s for Brussels Airlines on regional routes and routes with lower demand.
