The star of the show is the ‘Fichi’ (Italian for fig) gem, inspired by the sweet and juicy figs that grace both Italian and Japanese autumnal landscapes.
This exquisite chocolate gem captures the essence of ripe figs with a ganache infused with semi-dried fig purée and homemade fig vinegar. A delicate layer of cinnamon-scented fig gelatin is then coated with dark chocolate, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. The contrasting textures of the ganache and gelatin provide an immersive experience, allowing you to savor the taste of figs and their subtle seeds. It’s a true indulgence, transporting you to the heart of an Italian autumn.
Alongside the ‘Fichi’ gem, Bulgari is introducing the ‘Tavoletta’ chocolate bar, another autumnal masterpiece. This bar combines the richness of figs with the satisfying crunch of walnuts.
