The Atlantic Pilotage Authority, responsible for managing marine pilotage services in Atlantic Canada, has a new Chairperson. John Patrick McCann from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, will take the helm for a term ending on May 2, 2029.
In New Brunswick, the Belledune Port Authority, operating independently from the federal government, has reappointed three board members. Lucien Sonier from Caraquet, Iris Auclair-Bernard from Heron Bay, and Joseph Lorio Roy from Moncton will continue to serve on the board, with their terms ending in 2026 and 2027.

Georges Farrah from Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec, and Jean Aubry-Morin from South Glengarry, Ontario, have been appointed, with their terms ending on June 20, 2028.
