Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association Recognizes Brittany Brathwaite as Caribbean Rising Star

Brittany Brathwaite joined Ocean Hotels in 2019 and has been instrumental in implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and cultivate a dynamic human resource team. Prior to this, she held a labor advisory position with the Barbados’ Employers’ Confederation and a regional role with the Caribbean Employers’ Confederation. Her expertise extends to serving as a member of CHTA’s People Development Committee.
