The Caribbean tourism sector is gearing up for a week of impactful discussions, insights, and networking at the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s (CTO) State of the Tourism Industry Conference (SOTIC) in Grand Cayman. From September 2 to 6, SOTIC 2024, hosted by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and Ministry of Tourism and Ports, will address the pivotal issues shaping the region’s tourism landscape. This year’s theme, “Caribbean Tourism: Fueling our Lifeblood,” underscores the conference’s focus on exploring innovative strategies for sustainable development and growth.

The event, held at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, will feature dedicated business sessions for the CTO Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Ministerial Council. The two-day SOTIC conference, beginning on Wednesday, September 4, will host an array of speakers, panelists, and industry experts who will share their insights on various key topics.
