Carnival Cruise Line anticipates that the Carnival Pride will recommence its sailings from the Port of Baltimore on May 26, maintaining its year-round homeport schedule. The ship is scheduled to arrive in Baltimore following a week-long journey that began in Norfolk, Virginia. This change in departure port was a temporary measure following the collapse of the Key Bridge on March 26.
Upon its arrival, the Carnival Pride is set to embark on a significant voyage, a 14-day Carnival Journeys cruise to Greenland. This excursion will both start and end in Baltimore, offering passengers a unique round-trip experience. Following the Greenland cruise, the ship will continue with its scheduled itineraries.
Carnival Pride’s sailings are currently planned through to the spring of 2026, ensuring a robust schedule of exciting destinations for its passengers. “We are extremely grateful to the officials and incredible first responders in Baltimore, who’ve shown great leadership and resolve in this difficult time, as well as our supportive partners in Norfolk, whose rapid response allowed us to continue to deliver our scheduled sailings for our guests,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “It’s been our goal to resume operations in Baltimore as soon as possible, and after working closely with local, state and federal agencies, we look forward to a successful return.”
