ASOS has announced a new returns policy that will charge customers a fee for returning items if they do not meet certain spending thresholds. The change, which will take effect on October 8th, 2024, aims to address the issue of high returns rates from a specific group of customers. ASOS Premium customers must keep at least £15 from their order to qualify for free returns, while non-Premium customers need to keep a minimum of £40. Those who return items under the new threshold will be charged £3.95, which will be deducted from their refund.
