Construction is underway on a $12 billion high-speed train project between Las Vegas and Rancho Cucamonga. The project, scheduled to be completed in time for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, is expected to boost the Southern California economy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has officially retired, ending a highly successful 16-year NFL career. Ryan, known as ‘Matty Ice’ by Falcons fans, spent 14 seasons with the team before moving to the Indianapolis Colts in 2022. He was drafted by the Falcons No. 3 overall in the 2008 NFL draft and won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
